Today in college we had our first sewing machine induction; I used the Brother Computer Sewing machine. After we set up the machines we began to practise the 'straight line' setting on paper, the first piece was practising straight lines; the second was doing curved lines and the third was diagonal lines. After this we was given a piece of Calico, where we then horizontally did a line using each setting that the sewing machine allowed. Everything I collected and created within this induction will be part of my tech file.
